Modern Toss do their bit for the economy by flogging more stuff

Jon Link and Mick Bunnage, the duo behind the mischievous Modern Toss opened their ‘London Museum of Urban Shit-Naks Exhibition’ today in Shoreditch at the Maverik Showroom.

You might be familiar with the books and the website, but less familiar are the fly sculptures, talking birds, slot machines and soft-porn tapestry mags. A veritable delight in mixed media and creative swearwords, complete with a shop where you can purchase your own bit of Modern Toss.

The ‘Urban Shit-Naks Exhibition’ runs until 4 July at Maverik Showroom, 68-72 Redchurch St, London E2. Mon-Fri, Midday-8pm (except Tuesday 22 June, closes at 6pm and Thursday 1 July closes 10pm) Weekends: Midday-4pm.
